During the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic we have temporary measures as part of a phased approach to resume normal operations. These are to protect both the health & wellbeing of you, us as well as the local community in which we live.
Since 18 May 2020, we are now taking on new jobs as well as completing any in progress, with a number of conditions in line with the UK Government guidance.
Please note the following, non-negotiable, requirements in order for us to both quote and undertake work at your property:
1. You need to inform us if you or anyone at your property has had symptoms or been diagnosed with having COVID-19;
2. During our time at your property, you and anyone living there need to keep a minimum, safe 2-metre (6 foot) distance;
3. Open all windows and internal doors near the area(s) we will be working to ensure good ventilation;
4. Although we will be wearing protective clothing, incl. gloves, please also ensure surfaces, such as door handles near the area(s) of work are cleaned before we arrive. Thank you.
